The 2026\/27 edition is addressed to Partners, CEOs and key Decision-Makers: the Polish “Alphas” of corporate and private business, State Treasury companies, listed companies and private universities.<\/p>\n

\nThe Business-People Research\u2122 is devoted to analysing and synthesising the Polish Management Pattern, that is, the actual rather than the declared way in which Polish women and men exercise power in business. We have conducted it every five years since 2011. The unchanging core of the Interview and analytical methods produces longitudinal results, allowing management phenomena to be observed over time.<\/p>\n
\nEvery five years we return with the same Interview to see how a change in Context (the market, the environment and the rules of the game) reshapes Control (the very way a company is managed). The fourth edition asks this question after fifteen years of observing the Polish Management Pattern.<\/p>\n
\nBBL\u2122 is based on the Six C-s\u2122 management model developed by TARKA EXECUTIVE. The model structures the conversation around the six most important areas of a company: Control, Concept, Construction, Competence, Compensation and Communication.<\/p>\n
\nThe Study takes the form of a focused, strictly confidential structured interview with the person running the company, conducted by TARKA EXECUTIVE Senior Experts. Information from the Interview is available only to the Participant and TARKA EXECUTIVE. Every interested Participant receives a free Summary Report on best market practices.<\/p>\n
\nThis is not our assessment but the view of the Participants themselves: the greatest value turns out to be the few hours taken out of the calendar for structured reflection on their own way of running a company. There is simply no other study like it in Poland. Where possible, we also try to connect the Participants of our Studies with one another for business.<\/p>\n
